Omni Financial has fulfilled my loan need like no other financial institution. Omni Financial has been beneficial with helping me with money matters for several years. I had my loan processed and received the money before walking out the door. Money was given on a prepaid debit card. The next morning, someone internal cashapp’d themselves $1100 from my debit card. Called cops, filed a report, after investigation, EP county told me it was one of their employees. So thanks for helping me when I was in a bind, but you need to vet your employees better! Money was credited back to my account and I paid it all back ASAP because I lost trust.

I give them 5 stars!!! I don’t often leave reviews but they deserve it. I walked in, completed the entire application process & got my money less than 2 hours! They have a variety of repayment options. Excellent customer service, very respectful & professional. Best of all, they didn’t need to contact my leadership or verify. Which I personally enjoy the military staying out of certain personal affairs. Big Thanks to Susana.

First time using Omni. Vanessa was very helpful and knowledgeable. For it being my first ever loan the process went smoother than I thought and if need be would most definitely come back. This locations is very friendly and straight to the point

Omni has always been there every time I need them. Sherrie was very helpful and assisted me and was there to answer any questions/concerns that I may have had. Even though I came in late on Saturday and the loan could not be processed until Monday, Sherrie made me a priority to assist due to I was leaving to go out of town on business that Monday and she wanted to ensure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend Omni to others that may need assistance when they fall short. Ask for Sherrie, she was phenomenal/excellent in customer service.

We walked in not knowing how long it would take or what we needed Denise was very helpful in getting us started and talking us through the entire process. Once we were approved Ashley helped get everything set up and explained how she could help us in the future. They both were extremely professional and helpful!
