Anna was my representative today and while on the phone with her, I noticed how thorough, professional and prompt she was! I really appreciate that given that I was e-learning my son, teleworking and in between conference calls. As I mentioned to her on the phone, I’ve experienced great customer service in the past with Omni, but hers was definitely unmatched! Thanks for supporting us and being so patient.
