Lakida gave me everything that I needed to get my loan approved. She went the extra mile even show how to transfer money from the virtual debit card to my bank! She is very knowledgeable and I will refer all my friends to you to help in the desperate needs that everyone has occurred. Excellency from beginning to end! Thanks so much Omni and especially Lakida!! She deserves a raise! Costumer service was out of this world!!

Horrible loan service! They require all of this paperwork to be provided prior to a decision being made and their boast about being "FAST" is ridiculous! They drug our application process out over two weeks. We ended up going with another loan service because we needed the money for car repairs. I'm glad we didn't need the money for an emergency! I recommend trying another company first and using these guys as a definite last resort!!

My experience was very pleasant, with very professional staff. Jada Crawford was my representative, and she is quick and effective. She also has no problem answering any questions I have and walking me through the process. I would definitely use the Columbus branch and her again.
